John is active in our agency and principal businesses and has strong expertise in specialty pharmaceuticals and drug delivery in the United States, Europe and India. He has led a distinguished career in the pharmaceutical industry for over the past 30 years. John was involved in a number of the first specialty pharmaceutical company financings including those of Caraco Pharmaceuticals (acquired by Sun Pharma), Ethical Holdings, Keptel Corporation (acquired by Antec), Nobex, Lemmon Pharmacal (acquired by Teva), Reid-Rowell Laboratories (acquired by Solvay), Watson Pharmaceutical, and Zetachron (merged to form Watson Pharmaceuticals). In sum, John has raised approximately $400 million for a group of pharmaceutical companies. John began his career at Drexel Burnham, Muir Securities and Thomson McKinnon before he became President and Founder of Bradley-Hummel & Co., an investment bank and NYSE member firm. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Mystic Pharmaceuticals, a drug delivery company.
John is a registered representative with Financial West Group.
